ZELOR RIVETS
Are you looking for an option where the cap of both rivets doesn't deform visually when applied - even in a manufactures supplied die set? Well look no further - these apply perfectly and look as they do in the packet prior to application. Also so far in the testing we have done - the length of the standard stems doesn't matter - so using a standard length stem on a very thin garment will apply the same as if the stem was shorter.
LONG and MAX length stems should only be used when the standard length are not suitable; these will deform if they are applied to a garment of thinness such that standard stems would have been suitable.
REQUIREMENTS
This listing contains everything you need to get started applying Zelor rivets: A DK93 press, a hole die set (3mm hole), a die set in the chosen rivet size, and the packs of full sets of rivets in the chosen size.
The Zelor rivets have a blunt point on them, and will not in any circumstance self pierce through the layers of fabric you wish to apply them. This listing includes the recommended hole die set (3mm) to punch the required hole.
DETAILS
These Zelor rivets are available in 5mm, 6mm, 7mm, 8mm 9mm, and 10mm options. Measurement is the diameter of the cap.
LONG (10mm) stems and MAX (12mm) stems are available in 8mm, 9mm and 10mm rivet options, in silver only. LONG and MAX length stems should only be used when the standard length are not suitable; these will deform if they are applied to a garment of thinness such that standard stems would have been suitable.
You MUST have the right size die set for the rivets you are applying - e.g. 10mm requires the 10mm die set. One die set DOES NOT apply all sizes, nor should you use a "one size bigger" die set.
