Surcharge for Courier Saturday Delivery
1. Check that your address is eligible for Saturday delivery on the Aramex - Fastway website.
If your address is not eligible, maybe try a friend or family member
2. Ensure you select the carrier ARAMEX - FASTWAY at checkout that applies to your Saturday delivery. You CAN NOT select any of the NZ Post options for Saturday delivery.
3. Your order must be placed AND paid for by 10.30am Friday for north island addresses, or 10.30am Thursday for south.
4. We will apply the Saturday delivery label and clearly mark the item for Saturday delivery HOWEVER once it is in the carrier's hands (i.e picked up from us) we take no responsibility for any non-delivery on the Saturday.
5. The customer will receive an email with tracking details once the package is packed and ready for courier pickup. It will be the customer's responsibility to follow up on the tracking details with the carrier on the Saturday, to ensure delivery.
